Before we treat any property, we make sure that it is fully stripped of any building materials that would prevent us from treating any areas of contamination. Every job is different and we have the know-how, personnel and the equipment to perform the job on any type of contamination. In our 30 years of experience, we have never found a property that we could not remediate.

We will be sure that any water damaged property is clean, dry and safe prior to completion of the project. We guarantee our work to pass testing and clearance and will back this up with a mold "certificate of completion".

This document will become of the utmost importance when the property is sold. Mortgage companies, insurance companies and prospective buyers may require the "certificate of completion" at the closing. This certificate can affect the selling price of the property and whether or not the property is sold at all if there was significant water damage present after the weather event.
